Growing up in a small country town near the Murray River, I was surrounded by the values of hard work, community, and perseverance. Yet, even from an early age, I felt drawn toward something beyond the familiar—a drive to explore new ways of thinking, leading, and creating impact. This curiosity would later shape my approach to business, leadership, and transformation.

From Sales to Strategic Leadership
My professional journey began in door-to-door sales, where I honed my ability to connect with people, communicate effectively, and navigate challenges with resilience. This experience opened the door to real estate, where I thrived in negotiation, sales strategy, and high-performance environments. However, despite my success, I felt a growing need to align my work with deeper purpose and long-term impact. I turned to meditation, yoga, and mindfulness, laying the foundation for my future approach to leadership, organisational transformation, and enterprise coaching.

Determined to blend business success with ethical leadership, I launched my first property-focused company, applying Agile principles, business agility, and human-centred leadership to create a high-performing, values-driven organisation. This venture thrived, leading to a successful sale and giving me the freedom to pursue my passion for leadership development and enterprise transformation. I deepened my expertise in Lean Start-up, Agile methodologies, and strategic execution, setting the stage for my next chapter.
